The location is great.

The location is great. There is a beach right in front. It is very nice to walk around looking at the ocean view. There are some good restaurants and cafes nearby as well.

It is a bit noisy although it was not weekend. I cannot imagine how loud it could get on the weekends. You can hear every sound outside in the room. Also, the bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in my life. If you are tall or big, you may not be able to shower in the bathroom.

No good

Nice music at the bar downstairs. A lot of crab restaurants in the area.

I was not what we’ve seen on the pictures. Sheets aren’t inviting to sleep on, furniture is very cheap. We didn’t like it and decided not to spent a night there.

Excellent !

Everything was so comfortable even the room is a bit small :)

Nothing about the property. Just be careful about the Bus Station from Seoul. You have to take the bus from “Dong Seoul Bus Terminal” in order to get off at the closest Sokcho Bus Station - this one is in a walking distance to the property. We took the bus from Express Bus Terminal in Seoul and it stop at the different bus station in Sokcho. But it’s ok since the taxi there is not much expensive. It’s just around 3,200 krw from that bus terminal to the property

The site is lovely and peaceful. Definitely not too touristy which is a gem. Beautiful sight.

The location right facing the beach. Peaceful and beautiful.

Nothing really. As good as it is. Though it was just something the property can have a look into it. It was a towel that had this foul smell to it. It might not be dried properly or the used towels got mixed up with new towels. But if not,the rest is all perfect as it is.

Cosy Guesthouse, great for Sokcho restaurants and exploring Seroksan and the east coast.

Everything from the location to the atmosphere. Close to the great restaurants along the beach. Easy to get to transport, especially for Seroksan National Park, the bus terminal is only a 10 minutes walk from the Guesthouse. Most of all, the owner Eugene was very helpful and a very welcoming . Eugene took me to some great local restaurants and was always great at helping me with any information I needed to know. It's fair to say I arrived as a guest and left feeling like I'd made a new friend.

Can be slightly noisy at the weekend but generally fine. No separation from shower and toilet but that's typical for this kind of accommodation.

Good place.

I stayed in a Korean style double room. Korean style means the bed is on the floor. It was super warm and the room has it's own shower, toilet and massive flat screen TV. It was very clean when I arrived and for the 2 nights I stayed there the cost was quite low for how good it was. I had minimal chats with the staff but that's because I didnt need anything. Location is right next to the beach, would be perfect when the weather is warmer!

Perfect Place in Sokcho

The place is near to restaurants and convenience store. It is beside the sea so the place is very relaxing and pls opt to select the room with a sea view. It is near the bus terminal and you can also walk to seabthe Observatory. place is clean and very modern

If it is low-season most of the shops around are closed.but for us it was actually an advantage as it fekt like the place was mire relaxing with less crowd around

I love how spacious the room is.

I love how spacious the room is. And when you step out, it’s already the seaside. It’s close to some sightseeing area too. There are restaurants nearby as well.

Would recommend this place to everyone I know. This was a really happy stay! Thanks!

I loved the location. Right by the ocean close enough to the city centre and really close to the intercity bus terminal. It was a peaceful stay and the room was clean and functional.

If I could make a suggestion. Maybe add a mug and spoon for someone who would like to make their own coffee or eat some yogurt in the morning :)

Wonderful, clean, comfy beachfront!

Clean, awesome view, great location

Lack of communication as far as hours of the cafe downstairs. Though it was mostly our fault for assuming it would be open for coffee before 930.
